You can collect the credit and redeem it directly at checkout with your next order. A cash payout is not possible.

Do I have to register to collect credit?

No, registration is not necessary. You automatically collect credit with every order. This is assigned to the email address you used for the order.

How do I receive my credit?

As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive the corresponding credit on the order value. The credit will be activated 15 days after your order.

How do I reach the next status?

This happens automatically. As soon as you have made enough sales within 12 months, you move up to the next level. We will then send you an email and activate all new benefits for you.

Where can I find my current balance?

You can easily view your credit balance in the customer account. If you have not yet created a customer account, you can do so at any time and view your credit directly.

How do I redeem my credit?

With your next order, you can redeem your collected credit directly at the checkout under the payment options.
