  • You process inquiries, orders and complaints in the Intercom ticket system
  • You are responsible for processing returns
Your profile:

  • You find it easy to communicate with customers (in writing and by telephone) and you work independently and always with a high level of self-motivation

  • Your spoken and written German skills are business fluent

  • You also have good knowledge of computer systems
